The Little Woody Barrel Aged Brewfest

The Little Woody Brewfest was an out of the park home run for Bender's Ink! We had a blast meeting everyone and enjoyed indulging in the fine Barrel Aged brews from various local breweries. Special thanks to Lee at Lay It Out Events for squeezing us in last minute and for giving us free reigns on the Little Woody Tees. Can't wait til next year!

Summer Craze and PDX!

Well it's been a busy, busy summer for Benders Ink and been sometime since we've had a post and we apologize for the disconnect. Our energy's have been focused on selling our products and doing live events to help spread the word about Bendersink.com. It's been a lot of fun hearing what people have to say about the designs or even frequently hearing "all of these designs are great" feels pretty good. Overall, its been a real motivational experience and reassuring to know that a lot of people DIG our stuff! The SuperRad cheap sunglasses have been flying off the shelf proving finally that you can never have too many pairs of superad cheap sunglasses! Also look for Benders tees in Portland at the Saturday Market courtesy of Mr Ryan Hamel-Spencer the rest of the summer and hopefully next year and years to come. Thanks Ryan!

Sisters Stampede Poster!

Here is the finished version of the poster Benders Ink designed for the Sisters Stampede. Its a OBRA sanctioned XC Mountain Bike race on Memorial weekend in Sisters Oregon, and its going to be a blast. Benders Ink is proud to be a sponsor and contributor for this event. We will be selling goods at the start finish all day. We are also pumped for the Moon Mountain Ramblers 3 hour jam session after the Race at Three Creeks Brewing Co. So come on out for a Stampede ale while the riders come in off the trail! The trail will be open for a post ride Memorial day. See ya'll there!

Congratulations to Sporck Tileart!!

Benders Ink just completed a run of tees for the Sporck Tileart brand, that will be available at there new location in Fishtown. The Sporck Tileart store is now open, after some minor
renovations by Tilemaker and owner Leif Sporck. The store will be open on the weekends in April and 7 days a week starting in May. The Sporck brand is a good fit for Fishtown and is sure the cause attention. We are glad to have worked on this project with Leif and look forward to future projects. Benders Ink tees will also be available in the Sporck Tileart store starting in May. So stop in and check out all Leifs work and the tees if you get a chance.

The Sisters Stampede

Benders Ink is teaming up with the Sisters Stampede bike race to help promote cycling in Central Oregon.

The Sisters Stampede is an XC mountain bike race that is sanctioned by the Oregon bicycle racing assosiation (www.obra.org) and was spawned from the inception of a new, revised network of trails in the Sisters, Oregon area called the Peterson Ridge trail . The trails were built by the Sisters Trail Alliance (www.sisterstrails.com), who are passionate about making this beautiful area accesible to cyclists, hikers, and horseback riders.
2009 brought a new cycling team to Sisters, which has sparked the development of this race. The team was made possible by generous contributions from its main sponsors: Green Ridge Physical Therapy (www.greenridgept.com) and Infocus Eyecare (www.infocus-eyecare.com).
The team is sustained by the efforts of volunteers who display an extraordinary amount of commitment and hard work, ensuring that our club is an asset to the community. The Race will be help Memorial Day weekend and should be a great event. After party at Three Creeks Brewery.
